How does the process work?
Find your perfect apartment by using our website filters to search our live inventory of homes
Check out with the following procedure:
Select this booking is for 'Business,' select 'My company is paying,' go to 'Select Payment Method' and choose 'Corporate Code,' and paste entire special code:

NOTE: By selecting 'My company is paying' this does not mean that this is a form of payment and you will still be financially responsible for payment installments to Blueground
A reservation specialist will contact you shortly to gather the final items to complete your reservation, which includes an ID Verification and a $250 prepayment toward your first month's rent
Receive your booking confirmation, which provides you with access to our Blueground App, once the items above are complete
Prior to moving in, you will receive your arrival instructions via email and can access them through the app
Receive your payment link for the remaining amount due for the first month's rent, to be completed within 30 days
Is Blueground an Apple preferred housing supplier?
Yes, Blueground is an Apple preferred housing supplier. All special corporate discounts and terms will be applied to your stay.
What happens if I need to cancel my reservation?
If 15 or more days before move-in, a half month’s rent charge (and no service or card processing fee refund).
If fewer than 15 days before move-in, one month’s rent charge (and no service or card processing fee refund).
What if I need to adjust my move-in/move-out dates?
If your dates need to be adjusted, please contact our reservations department as soon as possible as availability is not guaranteed. We will do our best to accommodate.
What do I need in order to confirm a parking spot?
Make sure this request is made at the beginning of your housing request so we can ensure a parking spot is available at the property ahead of time. We will need you to submit your vehicle information ahead of time to register your vehicle and avoid towing. If you are renting a vehicle, we can collect this information upon move-in.
What if I have a service issue during my stay?
Blueground has a customer service team ready to serve you 24/7. Please call or email any requests or simply make a request through the Blueground app.
What does the Blueground app give me access to?
For the best arrival and living experience, we recommend you download the Blueground app prior to your arrival. This will give you access to your arrival instructions, property details, alerts, billing, and the ability to request maintenance issues during your stay with us.
Is there a non-smoking policy within the Blueground units?
Yes, smoking is not permitted in our apartments. A $500 fee will be assessed for smoking in the apartment.
How will damages to the apartment be assessed?
A Guest Operations Specialist will do a walk-through of your apartment after move-out. Normal wear and tear will not be charged. An exit cleaning charge would be required if further deep cleaning of the unit is needed. Common cleaning-related charges assessed are disposal of personal items (above what easily fits in a single trash bag), smoke odor removal, stains or marks that cannot be removed with standard cleaning products, and pet hair/stains/removal.
Does Blueground have a party policy?
Yes, Blueground has a no-party policy and will expect that property quiet hours are followed by the renter. There will be one written notice for the first offense and, after that, we will need to discuss early termination of stay.
Does Blueground offer roommate matching?
Yes, we will have you submit your information if you are interested in a roommate matchup. Once submitted, you will receive an email with a secured link that shows others staying with Blueground who are interested in roommates. Once you have access, it is up to you to connect with a fellow roommate and then book online using the designated corporate code.
What happens if I get locked out of my apartment or lose my keys?
Please contact our Customer Service Team immediately so we can reissue physical keys if needed. Key replacement is $150 each.
Can I bring my pet with me?
Blueground does allow pets. There are several weight and breed restrictions so please be sure to ask prior to confirming reservations. Some apartment communities do not allow pets at all, so we can be sure to set you up a the right property. Please note that pet rent and other fees are applicable for adding a pet. We will need several items from you, including pet photo, weight and up-to-date vaccine documentation. For non-disclosure of a pet, a $500 fee will be charged.
