What if I need to adjust my move-in/move-out dates?
If your dates need to be adjusted, please contact your aacount manager. We understand the need for flexibility.
What do I need in order to confirm a parking spot?
Make sure this request is made at the beginning of your housing request so we can ensure a parking spot is available at the property ahead of time. We will need you to submit your vehicle information ahead of time to register your vehicle.
What if I have a service issue during my stay?
Blueground has a customer service team ready to serve you 24/7/365. Please call or email any requests or simply make a request through our app.
What does the Blueground app give me access to?
For the best arrival and living experience, we recommend you download the Blueground app prior to your arrival. This will give you access to your arrival instructions, property details, alerts, billing, and the ability to request maintenance issues during your stay with us.
Is there a non-smoking policy within the Blueground units?
Smoking is not permitted in our apartments. A $500 fee will be assessed for smoking in the apartment.
How will damages to the apartment be assessed?
A Guest Operations Specialist will do a walk-through of your apartment after move-out. Normal wear and tear will not be charged. An exit cleaning charge would be required if further deep cleaning of the unit is needed. Common cleaning-related charges assessed are disposal of personal items (above what easily fits in a single trash bag), smoke odor removal, stains or marks that cannot be removed with standard cleaning products, and pet hair/stains/removal.
Does Blueground have a party policy?
Yes, Blueground has a no-party policy and will expect that property quiet hours are followed by the renter. There will be one written notice for the first offense and, after that, we will need to discuss early termination of stay.
What happens if I get locked out of my apartment or lose my keys?
Please contact our Customer Service Team immediately so we can reissue physical keys if needed. Key replacement is $150 each.
Can I bring my pet with me?
Blueground does allow pets, but policies, fees, and restrictions vary by property and location.
Please let us know in advance if you are bringing a pet—especially larger dogs or restricted breeds—so we can match you with a building that accepts that type of dog. We may require details such as your pet’s photo, weight, and up-to-date vaccination records, and additional pet rent or fees might apply, as properties might charge their own pet-related fees.
