How are Partner Homes displayed on the Blueground website? 

Your homes will be listed on the Blueground website under the relevant city search pages. All filters and functionalities will be active for your listings. When your homes meet the guest filtering criteria, they will appear as the top results. You can check www.theblueground.com and view both Partner and Blueground units and how they are displayed.

How does the Partner Network work? 

We seamlessly integrate your homes into the Blueground platform through preferred channel managers and property management systems, including Guesty, Rentals United, SiteMinder, NextPax, and TravelClick. If you’re an Airbnb host, we can onboard your properties using your public Airbnb account. These integrations enable real-time booking, availability, and pricing updates. Once integrated, your properties will be instantly available for booking on Blueground.

I’m not connected to any of the PMSs listed above. Can I join the Partner Network?

Yes. The Blueground Partner Network has various other ways to connect your listing information, such as through your public Airbnb account, manual uploads, and, in some instances, through custom integrations with your systems (for example, API feed in XML or JSON or accessing your portfolio via public API).

How do I become a Blueground Partner? 

The easiest way to sign up is to complete this form. It takes a couple of minutes. Then leave the rest to us.

How much time will it take to list my homes on Blueground?

Once you complete the above form, we’ll do the work for you. It usually takes less than a week.

Is there a fee for being listed on the Partner Network?

Sign-up is free! For bookings, we collect a 7% commission from the booking value.

What happens when I get a booking through the Blueground Partner Network? 

When a booking is confirmed, you’ll receive the guest’s contact information (full name, email, and phone number) to handle communication, ID checks, and check-in coordination. If you’re integrated with Guesty, Rentals United, SiteMinder, NextPax, and TravelClick, the booking will appear directly in your system. For other integration methods like public Airbnb accounts and manual uploads, Blueground will send you an email with the details above.

Who collects the booking payments? 

Blueground collects all payments and transfers the funds to your preferred account. The initial payment will be made on the first Friday after the guest’s check-in, and subsequent payments will follow monthly, depending on the booking duration. 

Who manages guest vetting? 

You do. Blueground does not handle ID/background checks and lease agreements with guests. Therefore, we recommend you perform these checks within 24-48 hours of booking. If a booking is canceled due to failed checks, the guest will receive a full refund, and Blueground will take no commission.

What happens if a payment fails to go through?

We recommend conducting a background check as soon as you receive a booking. In cases where the payment fails to go through, you can cancel the booking. 

What is your cancellation policy? 

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
   ◦ Cancellations requested 30+ days before move-in: The guest is refunded the booking amount minus any applicable fees. Card processing fees are non-refundable.
   ◦ Cancellations requested 0-29 days before move-in: Penalty of one month's rent (no refund for booking or card processing fees). Blueground would pay the Partner one month’s rent minus our commission.

For cancellations due to failed background checks, we will issue a full refund to the guest and the Partner will not be liable for a commission. For other cancellations requested by the Partner, the partner is responsible for the commission owed to Blueground.

Who is responsible for the guest Check-in & Check-out?

Once the booking is confirmed and payment is completed, we will provide you with the guest details so you can follow your regular process.

What should you do if you discover damages during check-out?

Longer-term stays typically result in fewer damage claims. However, in the unlikely event of an issue, you can withhold part of the deposit or contact the guest directly.

In which markets is the Partner Network active? 

The Partner Network is active in most markets available on the Blueground website. We continually expand our geographic coverage and will add more markets in the coming months.

Are there any service standards for Partners? 

The Partner Network is a curated platform of professional furnished apartment operators. We strive for a high level of quality in our Partners’ apartments and service levels. During Partner onboarding, we have a detailed quality assessment process to ensure we list apartments with modern designs and amenities. We expect our Partners to maintain a customer-centric focus and respond swiftly and effectively to resolve guest-related issues.
