Blueground Connections is our guest referral program that rewards you when friends, family, or colleagues book a Blueground apartment using your unique referral code.
The program is available by invitation only. Eligible guests will receive an email invitation from Blueground.

Share your unique referral code with a friend. They must enter it at checkout when booking. Once they complete their booking and check in, you become eligible for a reward.

Referral codes cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.

04 - How many people can I refer?

You can earn rewards for up to 10 successful referrals.

05 - When will I receive my reward?

Rewards are issued as digital gift cards and sent to the email address associated with your Blueground account. Once your referred guest checks in and your reward is approved, you will receive your gift card via email. Rewards are processed monthly. Please allow up to 30 days for processing and delivery.

06 - Can I use my own referral code?

No. Referral codes cannot be used on your own bookings and are valid only for new guests who have never booked with Blueground before. Any misuse of a referral code may result in the reward amount being deducted from your deposit.

07 - Do referral codes expire?

Your referral code remains active unless Blueground modifies, suspends, or ends the program.

08 - Are there any restrictions?

Referral codes are valid only for new guests, and minimum stay requirements may apply. Rewards are personal, non-transferable, and subject to program rules. Blueground reserves the right to modify or end the program at any time.
Only new bookings without existing or draft reservations are eligible. Blueground applies booking validation, identity checks, and fraud-prevention measures to ensure fairness and program integrity.
If a referral code is applied to an ineligible booking or used incorrectly, the corresponding reward amount may be deducted from your deposit.

09 -  How can I track my referrals? 

You’ll be notified by the Blueground team when your referrals book and when they check in, so you can track your rewards.
